EGAZPI CITY — Anti-narcotics staff on Thursday (Aug. 11) arrested 5 suspected drug personalities and seized greater than P1 million value of “shabu” (crystal meth) in separate search operations in Libmanan city in Camarines Sur province.
In a belated report, Mark Anthony Viray, chief of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Company (PDEA) in Camarines Sur, stated the staff, armed with a search warrant, arrested Julio Navarro Jr., 36; John Rey Brioso, 30; David Casulla Jr., 38; and Eduardo Vargas Jr., 22, whereas having a pot session in Barangay (village) San Juan at round 4:50 p.m.
