Barcelona-based Ukio, which runs a short-term condominium rental service, raised a €27M Sequence A led by Felix Capital, with €17M in fairness and €10M in debt  —  Ukio, a short-term furnished condominium rental platform aimed on the “versatile workforce,” has raised €27 million ($28 million) in a Sequence A spherical of funding.
